Ruth's Public Toe Tickling! Foot Fetish in Public!
Today's Beautiful Barefoot Girls update is the lovely and gorgeous Ruth.
She is sitting on a park bench wearing some shorts and flip-flops.
Her ankles are restrained with both tape and zip-ties, so there is no escape for this barefoot babe.
Our resident photographer jumps in and quickly takes off her flip-flops, exposing her beautiful bare feet to the park.
He then starts to tickle the bottoms of her feet slowly with his fingers and she jerks a little bit at the first touch.
Less than a minute into this video she is already giggling and laughing.
She tries to escape her tickler, but just can't do it and continues to laugh hysterically.
He then grabs a hair brush and slowly begins to stroke the bottoms of her feet and then moves to the tops of her feet and eventually between her toes.
There is some slight reprieve with this, but not for long.
She is soon laughing even harder.
He moves back to using fingers for a tickling finale that ends in a long sign from Ruth, who is relieved.
